Annual Inspection and Maintenance Program-
This program is designed to save you money and keep your home and/or office maintained and cosmetically appealing. This program can be implemented by anyone. The first thing we do is evaluate the project. Second, based on your desired results and our recommendations we submit a proposal outlining the scope of work needed and the process and materials we'll use to complete the project. The sooner the maintenance program is implemented the better. By maintaining your surfaces and repainting before the coatings break down and begin to flake and peel, you can avoid major preparation and their associated costs. Also, your neighbors will wonder and thank-you, for keeping your home or office looking so great.
Workmanship Guarantee-
Warranty coverage includes; an annual inspection of your property and a follow up email or letter. This email or letter will include any warrantied corrections that were discovered as well as recommended maintenance for the future. Any defective workmanship will be corrected annually at no charge for a minimum period of 2 years, beginning after the completion of the initial contract. The warranty also covers the cost of materials required in the event of warranty corrections.
Special warranty exclusions may include decks or other specifically noted substrates at the time of estimation.
